When entering our lure prize giveaway, you provide your name, phone number, email address and mailing address. If you win, we will send the prize to the address entered and notify you by email. Your name will also be posted on our web site as the current months winner. Odds of winning will depend upon the number of eligible entries received.
At this time this Lure Giveaway contest is open only to U.S. residents. The contest is void where prohibited by law or otherwise restricted. Money Orders, Cashier’s Checks, Company Checks, & Personal Checks - CustomSaltwaterLures.com accepts money orders, cashier’s checks, personal checks, and company checks in U.S. Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier’s check. For personal and company checks, please allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. CustomSaltwaterLures.com cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received. We will charge a $50 fee on all returned checks. Shipping Policy
CustomSaltwaterLures.com does not ship on Saturday or Sunday. All Orders are considered Custom Orders and it could take up to two weeks, to turn order around for shipment.
Please accept the responsibility to be available when UPS delivers your order. Custom Saltwater Lures is not responsible for lost or stolen orders once they have been delivered to you, whether you are available at the time of delivery or not.

Products may be returned to CustomSaltwaterLures.com for replacement in the following manner: Returns to CustomSaltwaterLures.com must be made within 30 days of the invoice date. You are responsible for shipping costs of all returns.
All returns must be sent via UPS, Federal Express, or any other courier that issues a tracking number.
