Fishing Lure Hair and Bucktail Options
NOTE** Regular bucktails only come in white or chartreuse color and dual colors are not an option. White or chartreuse only.
Any lure with synthetic hair does have dual or two color combinations available and this would include all Rojos, Spire Points, Hot Lips, and some umbrella rigs.

Dual Colored Hair
This fishing lure is an example of a two tone hair design our anglers frequently choose. You may add single hair colors or go with two tone design like the blue and white parachute lure pictured below. Other features you control includes the hair length. You may currently select from 8" and 11" bucktail hair lengths.

This is a Saltwater (SP) blue and white parachute lure.

Buck tail hair selections. Blue and white was selected for the above lure. This is just one anglers idea of a Hot striper lure. You can choose to follow what is considered "traditional" colors of chartreuse and white or explore other bucktail hair colors that may entice a big striper more effectively. Weather and sea conditions certainly have an affect of the striper bite - You could customize in colors you think work better under cloud cover or other adverse fishing conditions.
Some color choices would include white, chartreuse, red, blue, and black. The bucktail hair comes in straight and krinkle styles.
Bucktail Hair
Bucktail hair is tied straight like the fishing lure pictured on the left. Bucktails come in white or chartreuse.
